That looks like a downed power line that is still stuck to the car. Arc followed the wire. I’m not an electrician though.

It was a drone with a Molotov cocktail. You can see the fluid drip onto the pavement and burn. When it impacted you can see the liquid ignight and spread. You can even hear the impact. FFS people are stupid

Level 4 wizard learned how to cast fireball and just shot it all Willy nilly like cause he was having a hard time mustering the manifestation it took and it just kept going until it hit that thing and exploded, effective spell once you get to level 10 you learn a little more about it and combo it with fire wall for maximum AOE damage potential.
