We need a new category for “filth” or something. Put in the stuff from For Rent, Vampires, Werewolves and the multiple other packs that include stuff that fits

The Sims team need to give the whole Build/Buy mode a refresh because especially with community lots, a lot of it is decoration but doesn't even show up under that community lots menu, we need collections, tags, better interior design labels and a whole categorical refresh.

Clutter and rugs need a massive overhaul, too. Clutter by room would be great, but at least separate between stuff that fits on shelves and stuff that doesn’t. As for rugs, I would love if actual rugs were separated from floor decals and grunge stuff for floors.

Also a really creative modder added game play in which you can use your handiness skills to fix up cracks/dirt that are on walls and I think that should instantly be a thing. I also think that these should bring down the value of a house and the environment rating.
