Mookie Betts - Contact Position Voiceover - Drill to replicate this: Feel out where you WANT to be at contact. Barrel, hands and body. (not just bat, many forget this) Get that feeling, now get ready for the pitch and try to time up that exact body and swing move on the ball. Works pretty well! It's like a.. compact swing slash drill, not a punch at it type swing. Hit a double.

This is cool, Bryson DeChambeau giving a lesson to Wesley Bryan. “Swing really hard and stall your hands” I have no idea if that will work for me, but you know I’m trying it as my next swing tip. (Swing tip #693). Actually, I do hit a lot of blocks and swing inside out pretty good, so this might actually work. Will report back.
