This song is part of his upcoming Punjabi film Sardaarji 3 which is coming on June 27th. Although film was completed before Indo-Pak tensions, it could've been put on hold for some time until situation becomes good. Also, the film isn't releasing in India now, only overseas rls.

You’ll see him drop a new song, but instead of flooding his feed with it, he’s constantly using other artists’ sounds and supporting their craft. He is such a solid guy.
