@kdollsweety No it's really not. As someone who works in industry vac trucks are used to recover spills after natural disasters. Your video even showed it. Damaged gas stations, industrial facilities, all of whom normally can contain their outputs need these trucks after a disaster.

In my 50+ years in the paper industry we utilized these trucks on a frequent basis.
