Happened to me. We signed a lease and a few days later, we were moving in, and I opened the door, and it stunk like weed. Went upstairs, and had a druggie passed out in the bedroom floor.

What’s actually terrifying is the RECORD rent/housing prices alongside RECORD food & everything else prices, while we ignore RECORD disability & RECORD premature death, as we all march along, living paycheck to paycheck, one emergency away from homelessness.
