I’ve paid actual money to remove popcorn from my ceiling. It was expensive. Yes it’s good money and not too technical. I could have done it myself. But There’s a lot of prep and clean up afterwards. And you would also offer to paint the ceiling as well. No way passive.

I don’t think people understand what the term “passive income” means. It doesn’t mean leave the bar by 10:PM because you have to get up at 5:AM and drive an hour to an appointment where you have to unload heavy equipment used to strip ceiling popcorn from someone’s home.
