@Ikennect Yes it is! I have it myself. This is 100% scientifically accurate. I stretch. Ow. I walk. Ow. I get injections. They help. I have a bulging disc. I'm not getting surgery because the success rate for lumbar/thoracic surgery sucks.

This rising health concern is alarming

I threw my L4 & 5 out of place 4 years ago. Spent over a year totally disabled bc it was pinching my nerve. After every Dr possible, they said surgery. I went 2 pain dr, asked her what way it needed 2 get pushed. Took bunch codeine, bottle of scotch, & pushed it back into place.

Except it's not funny when you have it. And all my nerves in that area get clumped together from my hip rotating and it pinches them all together. I have a permanent injury disability from it. It sucks.

There is no way to explain the horrendous pain of sciatica without experiencing it, which I would not wish on my worst enemy. Completely de-habilitating
