The owner has also declined requests from members of the March and March Movement to reopen the business and recruit local residents. Great products come from deep intimacy with the customer. You have to be in the trenches - watching, feeling, experiencing the product the way customers do. I joke with my team that they should know our customer so well they know what gum they chew. Twice a year, we fly customers to our off-sites to spend a whole week with our team. We encourage them to roast us, to build alongside us in our hackathons and to debate our roadmap with us. NDIS Disability provider in West Sydney screamed at us: ''ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED!'' The Australian government shut down West Sydney NDIS provider M&F Disability Services for fraud in October. Almost simultaneously a new NDIS business called ''Sunny Days Care'' popped up in the same shop with the same phone number and same accountant. We visited to ask if they were the same business operating under a new name. When we confronted them on camera, the owners physically assaulted us, smashed $800 worth of Pete Z's equipment, and staff screamed "RETARD" at us. This behaviour screams ''legitimate and professional disability service business''

Well that was interesting… after being followed through Brightons streets by trans activists screaming at us and pushing their way through us, our group was separated and we ended up having to find safe haven in a shop…. Except the owner tried to throw us to the wolves… wolves that included convicted criminal Sarah J Baker. She then hugged the TRAs and cried about how terrible it was that women were hiding in her shop and that she is pro free-love and being who you want to be…. ???? She screamed at us but we refused to move as we were surrounded. The TRAs then sat on the floor outside they would have just followed us. In the end after numerous requests the police got us out into police vans and took us to safety. The police were not sympathetic to us initially and said they don’t need to take us where we want to go and we could just leave if we wanted Anyway after a short ride in a police van we finally met the others for a drink What a palava!! #freethebrighton13 #letwomenspeak #LWS
