Looks great! Are the eyes instanced individually, or are you using some way of splattering them on a bigger texture?

They're instanced individually. I'm sure there are better ways of doing it though

In the shader I get the camera position in object space and offset the eyeball texture based on that. It works a bit like this gif

Looks real good. The lighting does a lot of justice to the 2D aspect of the shader allowing the eyes a nice 3D. If anything, careful with the breaks in the wall so it does pop off the other walls/textures too much.
