Well, if you look at the roster, the average age of the players is 22.7 years old. A lot of those guys also followed Cignetti over from JMU when he was hired at Indiana. So, a lot of those players have been playing with him for 3 or possibly more years.

You can’t compare other coaches to Curt Cignetti. If you do you will fire 100 coaches a year. The system isn’t designed to find the best head coaches. It’s designed to keep a small number of connected people employed regardless of their performance.

And don’t even get him started on the Civil War.
