Back in the early 80s, I watch an A-10 live fire exercise. It was a officer brass affair with a few different aircraft attacking various targets. I only remember the A-10. Holy fuck it was beyond awesome.

Washington DC Fourth of July 2026, it seemed like every minute was a new flyover. The sound still rumbles in my little Civvy chest! America!

I was expecting the Brrrt of GAU - 8. The “howl” of the Avro Vulcan V bomber sends chills down your spine.
