Carney gets asked if he is will to make any concessions to get to the negotiating table with the U.S. - his immediate answer - No Imagine having to put the faith of your business & livelihood in the hands of this arrogant man. He then goes onto list all the things his Government is working on besides this deal. And of course he makes an unnecessary snide comment at the end regarding the opposition.
