Ok all jokes aside. The people saying hail happens in the summer all the time, yes. It does. But how often does it stick around for more than a few mins CAUSE THE GROUND IS HOT! And surely not RIVERS OF ICE IN THE SUMMER IN A CITY WHICH HOLDS HEAT PEOPLE!!
