Crazy how a large mechanical machine like that has a nut that's several inches in diameter and you're given a wrench that looks like it was made by IKEA to tighten it.

This is not realy modern. 50 years ago I worked in a factory who produce food for animals. We already use this kind machine, much bigger also.
