@Roche The combination of two technologies (Stratos for the Expandomer tech and Genia for the nanopore/CMOS readout), it took some 18 years to mature. I thought it would not see the light of day, happy that they can now claim 7 WGS at Q37-Q39 in 1 hour!

@Roche Is this the AI model you were talking about a day ago? Greetings, by the way, and thankful of your job, which from we all we benefit

@Roche No, this is not AI model by the way.

@Roche nice tech, though the legal disclaimers in the video point to it not being available for broad use any time soon.

@Roche 7 human genome sequences at 30x coverage in~1hr is crazy.

@Roche Why is it so…wiggly?

@Roche At the molecular level everything just wiggles ☺️

@Roche Seems like this would greatly increase the accuracy of nanopore sequencing.

@Roche oki just have to connect to the AI you talk about yesterday

@Roche This technology was conceived several years ago (a decade or more I believe). Does Roche sell a sequencing device and DNA library preparation kit, that use this technology? Or these are still under development?
