Yeah, at first he is an annoying chracter. Until I learned he probably just lost his mind after his daughter passed away, so he just wanted to die.

He’s not annoying at all, if you use aard to calm his mind you can find out that maid bilberry is his deceased daughter and he is simply looking for an honorable death
