THIS IS THE MOST COMPLETE CLAUDE CODE SETUP I'VE EVER SEEN someone open-sourced a full agent harness for Claude Code 38 agents. 156 skills. 72 commands. all pre-configured the kind of setup you'd spend weeks building yourself what's inside: → planner - feature implementation planning → architect - system...

Great Work! @affaan Here is a visual map + narrated walkthrough of everything-claude-code

I run 9 specialised agents on enterprise codebases. At that count, the challenge is not agent capability. It is decomposition. Each agent needs a distinct, non-overlapping scope with explicit file ownership before it starts. I had to lose real work to a concurrent write before that became a hard rule. The agent count is not the bottleneck. The task decomposition is.

Incredible setup! So many agents and skills

Your warning at the end is the most important line. Running 5 specialized agents daily — learned this the hard way. Started with 12 skills per agent, context windows hit 300K tokens and responses turned to mush. Cut each agent down to 3-4 core skills + one SOUL.md identity file. Performance jumped overnight. The real architecture insight: don't build one super-agent with 38 skills. Build 5 focused agents that each own one domain. My "fire" agent handles content, "earth" handles infra, "gold" handles strategy. They never step on each other's context.

and all of this is in the public domain…

The setup is impressive. The harder question is which of those skills still hold up once the workflow has to survive maintenance instead of a weekend demo.

This is insane, saves weeks of tinkering. Huge props to the folks who put this together, can't wait to dig in and play with those agents.

THIS IS F*CKING INSANE Anthropic turned Agent Skills into an open spec and GitHub filled up with ready-made Claude Code teams for free one of these repos alone ships 135 agents, 35 skills, 42 commands, 176+ plugins and 20 hooks. another hands you 100+ specialized subagents. none of it costs anything 10 GitHub projects you should open first: 01 wshobson/agents → a plugin marketplace that installs the same agents into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Copilot, so your setup survives switching tools 02 VoltAgent/awesome-claude-code-subagents → 100+ specialized subagents covering most of what a normal engineering week throws at you 03 rohitg00/awesome-claude-code-toolkit → 135 agents, 35 curated skills, 42 commands, 176+ plugins, 20 hooks and 14 MCP configs in one place 04 anthropics/skills → the official Agent Skills repo. start here to see the shape of a working SKILL.md before you copy anyone else's 05 netresearch/claude-code-marketplace → curated skills on an open standard, portable across Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI and 30+ other agents 06 disler/claude-code-hooks-mastery → the hooks reference. this is where you learn to make the agent stop on your rules instead of stopping to ask you 07 karanb192/claude-code-hooks → an installable hooks marketplace split into safety, cost, observability and productivity 08 affaan-m/claude-swarm → multi-agent orchestration that decomposes the task, coordinates the agents and shows the whole run in a terminal UI 09 am-will/swarms → orchestration shipped as skills, so the coordination loads only when the job actually calls for it 10 eugeniughelbur/obsidian-second-brain → persistent memory as plain markdown in an Obsidian vault, shared across Claude Code, Codex and six other agents give the first team a job with an obvious finish line: one reviewed PR, one researched brief, one failing test turned green then look at how much of that output you actually kept, and what it cost to produce. a bigger roster earns its place when it moves that number the download is free. paying four agents to repeat the same investigation is not save this before you spend another weekend building a config that already exists the article below shows how to keep context small, reuse finished work and contain retries, so more of your budget reaches the finished result ↓

this is pure f*cking treasure Anthropic devs just posted 20 GitHub repos that turn your Claude Code into a f*cking engineering team: Exposed for Opus 5.5 1. rtk: squeezes command output before it hits your context. the authors claim 60-90% fewer tokens 2. claude-mem: memory across sessions. records what the agent did and brings back what matters 3. ccusage: shows where your tokens and money went. one command, npx ccusage 4. Serena: search and edit code by meaning, not by text 5. Context7: up-to-date library docs, so Claude stops writing for last year's API 6. claude-context: your whole codebase searchable through MCP 7. Repomix: packs an entire repo into one AI-friendly file skills and method 8. superpowers: a skills framework and a full development methodology. the one almost everyone installs 9. skills: the official Agent Skills repo from Anthropic 10. spec-kit: spec-driven development, from GitHub itself 11. agents: a plugin marketplace for Claude Code and six other harnesses 12. claude-code-templates: ready configs and monitoring from one CLI 13. claude-code-hooks-mastery: hooks explained with working examples 14. awesome-claude-code: the hand-picked map of everything else running more than one agent 15. container-use: a separate container for every agent, so they stop breaking each other 16. claude-squad: several terminal agents in one window 17. Happy: control your agents from your phone, iOS and Android 18. claude-code-router: route requests across different models 19. ccstatusline: a status line that shows what your session is doing 20. tweakcc: edit Claude Code's own system prompts, toolsets and themes the stack in one line: memory keeps the context, skills set the method, containers let you run five agents instead of one. check each repo before you install. save this.

THE GUY WHO WON ANTHROPIC'S HACKATHON JUST GAVE AWAY HIS ENTIRE CLAUDE CODE PLAYBOOK FOR FREE. 10 MONTHS OF WORK, ALL PUBLIC Affaan Mustafa won the Anthropic x Forum Ventures hackathon by building a full startup in 8 hours with Claude Code. Then he open-sourced the exact setup that did it. It's called Everything Claude Code, and it turns Claude from one assistant into an entire engineering team Repo: affaan-m/ecc This isn't a prompt pack. It's a system he refined over 10+ months of daily use shipping real products What's inside: A huge library of skills, dozens of specialized subagents, and ready-made commands, all working together. Each piece does one job. One subagent reviews security against OWASP standards. One optimizes memory so Claude stops forgetting earlier decisions around hour three. One learns from your past sessions and projects so the setup gets smarter the more you use it. Others handle planning, test-driven development, and language-specific code review Instead of one assistant writing code, you get an orchestrated team. A main session delegates to the right specialist when the task calls for it, the way a real dev team splits work The best part: it's not locked to one tool. It runs in Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and OpenCode, across Windows, Mac and Linux. Free, MIT licensed This is the difference between using Claude like a search box and running it like a team that ships. The guy spent 10 months figuring out what actually works so you don't have to Bookmark this
