This is interesting. Usually it's the political opponents of the speaker that clip them to make them look more extreme. Not supporters. In Vance's full take which is about 10 minutes long he draws a clear line between left and far left, and those who support political violence vs those who do not. He thinks this problem is far more prevalent on the left but says most on the left do not support violence. Don't know if Nick edited the way he did intentionally or not. I edited some of it here for you to see what I'm talking about. Full clip below starts at 1:49:38 if you want to see the whole thing I know a lot of people on the left will still hate the speech because of not talking about issues on the right and framing it as only a left problem, but the way the clip is making the rounds made me think Vance's rhetoric was far more extreme and incendiary than it was.
