I know that he was hired for us to get back to the glory days, but what nobody has talked about is that he hasn't had any of his players get out of line, unlike Georgia or the Urban Meyer years. Tells me he's not only recruiting Stars, but really good kids

He seems to get it. That staff gets paid 10s of millions of $ & is ultimately responsible for the product on the field. They get paid that because of the fans that watch & donate. It's completely ok to have valid criticisms of the staff & to express those. There is no excuse for calling out players or personally attacking the staff. It's still just a game & a job for them.

He has definitely weathered the criticism better than recent previous coaches at Florida.

I hate Florida. But respect is deserved to Billy to keep his kids motivated and not give up and fall into the spiral of doubt and defeat like the other Florida brand.
