First of all, Megyn - Ben Shapiro did not mention Israel or Netanyahu once in his AmFest speech, so no, it’s not true that his problem with you is about Israel or Netanyahu. Why are you revising history and gaslighting us? Second, hatred of Jews is not caused by people calling out antisemitism. It is caused by lies. When you lie about a group of people constantly in an effort to convince the world that this group is inherently evil and demonic, or they’re secretly controlling the world to “subvert the Gentiles,” some people will become convinced it’s true. They will then begin hating that group of people. Was it white people’s fault that anti-white racism became mainstreamed and popular? Was anti-white racism made worse when Americans finally started calling it out for what it was and saying “No; we’re not doing this?” Of course not. The opposite happened and racist policies were rolled back. Racist rhetoric became unpopular again. Pushing back on evil and lies with the truth is the only way to fight racism of any kind.
