this is the real foty btw

stan Fujinokawa or else

since we sumo posting, here's aonishiki's fight from day 1

Pink athletic as the fuck 😹 terrifying. Are they allowed to palm strike? Or is that just a pushing tactic…

Takayasu looks so fucking angry every time he fights

Reverse firemans. Amazing move.

he was actually about to get into a hundred-hand attack at :06 secs

My boy Ura does it again 🙏

What if they fall off the stage and crush the audience to death? 🥺

💔

Ura is just outstanding. 10/10 would watch a whole-career retrospective

URA URA ---====> URRRRAAAA

Sumo is honestly such a cool sport

Is this from the July tournament? And who are the wrestlers? New to Sumo over here

ura vs takayasu from may

Ura is so fun to watch and easy to cheer for!🔥

Wasn’t this some technique that’s only been used win like less than 5 times in the tournament’s history or something?

Holloway/Gaethje for fat niggas

Cool

The people love ura

holy shit

Random but went to a sumo tournament when i was in nagoya & ig there was a huge upset so everyone took the little purple cushions u sit on and started LAUNCHING them down toward the ring. Still no clue what happened fr but prob the coolest live sports moment ill ever experience

Pink Boy is so entertaining. Love seeing that he's back on track with this basho.

Great balance. They were both floating while they were hand fighting & then those pivots & angle shifts. This was a refreshing match. It had a lot more dynamic range to it than most of the other sumo matches that I've seen do

@SpaghettiRip

A fellow sumo conisseur

Poor Takayasu…

sadly any victory over Takayasu after Kyushu 2022 is kinda hollow

This tournament has been pretty good so far. Best one I’ve gotten to watch since I started following last year.

My man in pink is QUICK

@Rooflemonger you seeing this?

Nobody does Sumo like Ura.

Ura love on the TL🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Hundred hand slap

Sumo is so fuckin cool

That was so much effort exerted so quickly between them. Just all out.

This is what it's all about.
