I think instead of jail those children should be forced to drive the bus, then people will throw rocks at them like they did, break their ribs, injure them severely, then let them recover in the hospital and repeat it 5 more times.

The only way to make our streets safer, is to remove problem people out of society. Maybe 5-10yrs will make them realize they need to fix themselves. If it doesn’t and they offend again? Then make their removal permanent.
