This is the same “gamification of jihad” that DAESH perfected: nasheeds paired with GoPro combat footage, designed to mobilize, radicalize, and sustain a terror narrative. From 2015 to 2017, as an international volunteer fighting ISIS during the siege of Kobani and the liberation of Raqqa, I watched this material...

An Iraqi Kurdish journalist, Mohammed Raouf who has arrived in Rojava (northeast Syria), describes the situation as devastating beyond measure and imagination, speaking through tears. said Syrian jihadist regime continues its attacks on Kurds He says that while America and Europe used the Kurds to fight ISIS, the Syrian regime is now side by side of ISIS taking revenge on the Kurdish population and the world is watching without lifting a finger. In the cities recently seized by the Syrian regime from the Kurdish-led SDF, they are executing a brutal campaign of revenge against the Kurds, accusing them of supporting America against ISIS in Raqqa. They are arresting, executing, and beheading people in public. They are wiping out every single Kurd they encounter. He added that there is a severe shortage of food and water, and the cold is unbearable with no heating. He witnesses children and their mothers forced to shelter inside schools. Mothers are desperately using their own clothes to keep their children warm because they do not even have blankets. Kurds, Christians, Yazidis, and villagers who managed to flee to Kurdish-controlled areas have been taken into the homes of Kurdish families. But since the houses are already full, many have no choice but to seek refuge in schools and mosques. In the schools, there are no carpets, so people sit on concrete floors that feel like ice blocks in the extreme cold. With no access to heat, parents wrap their children in their own clothing, while they themselves slowly freeze. he added that kids are at great risk and already many have died from cold , as there is no heat or blanket He called on Kurds around the world to raise their voices. He said it’s proven that the Kurds have no friends but the mountains. But tragically, in the Kurdish areas of Syria, there are no mountains left either. He urged Kurdish youth worldwide—those who can write reports in English, German, French, and other languages—to step forward. Even through their social media accounts, they must report the truth and send it to the free world. He said this is urgent, because a real genocide is taking place against the Kurds. Finally, he said the current regime in Syria is not a legitimate government. It is a coalition of ISIS and Al-Qaeda, and they show no mercy even to Kurdish children. They are killing and executing anyone who speaks Kurdish. The government in Damascus has instructed its fighters not to film their crimes, but to carry them out in secret. #SaveRojava #rojava #kobani #kobane

The video shows these so-called Syrian government forces dressed like ISIS fighters — no patches, no insignia — openly praying for God to terrorize the kuffar and put fear in their hearts. They repeat phrases like “help us against the kuffar” and “put terror in their hearts.” Yet this is being sold as a “security operation,” and Western legacy media is running with that framing. The New York Times, in reporting by Raja Abdul Rahim, frames it as clashes between the Syrian government and a Kurdish-led militia. The BBC does the same, presenting it as fighting between Syrian government forces and Kurdish fighters. Frankly, Al Jazeera’s coverage is less biased than most Western outlets. I never thought I’d say that. Al Jazeera at least calls this what it is: a siege. They identify who is attacking whom. They show maps. They report that the Syrian Ministry of Defense issued an ultimatum and then launched the attack. Even though they mostly interviewed people from the so-called Syrian transitional government side, they still framed the aggressor correctly. What no one is saying is that, until very recently, these same forces were on global terrorist lists because of their ties to al-Qaeda. No one mentions that this so-called Syrian transitional government is a direct outgrowth of jihadist groups. Al-Nusra did not just “overlap” with ISIS — it was an ISIS branch, and its leadership came straight from ISIS. Al-Jolani himself was a lieutenant of al-Baghdadi. That is who these people are. And this video shows it clearly: these forces are praying for Allah to put terror into the hearts of the kuffar. This is not a war against a militia that violated an agreement. It is a war against Kurds who chose secularism, coexistence with Druze, Alawites, and Yezidis, autonomy, feminism, and a progressive political project. For that choice, they are labeled kuffar even though the majority of Kurds are themselves Sunni Muslims.

Running this page has opened my eyes to how many racists who hate white people we have living amongst us. It’s disgusting. I see on a daily basis, people in the comments banging on about slavery and colonialism. They don’t realise the luckiest day of their lives was being born in a western democracy. They have lived a life of privilege but like to be a victim. They are angry with white people moving into black countries hundreds of years ago. But perfectly fine with black people moving to white countries in the present day. They call it immigration when it’s them. They are in support of people being able to live wherever they want. Just not when it’s white people. That’s colonialism and it’s evil. They don’t realise they are everything that they hate the colonisers for. They take all the benefits of being here. But still hate us for it. They use history and things that didn’t happen to them as a scapegoat to be openly hateful towards us. In their own mind it justifies their racism so they can still hold the self righteous belief they are a good person. But when I see people like this. It restores my faith in immigration. It’s good to know that this can sometimes be the outcome. Not everyone is selfish and only care about their own race. There are plenty of people who care about us too. Plenty of people see it for what it is and stand by our side and I have nothing but respect for them. I wish everyone was like that. Thank you to this man for speaking out for us and showing common sense. Because when we say this, they call is far right racists and fascists. But in reality we are only human just like anyone else. Only we are taught to just accept this and eat shit and be happy. It’s double standards and this man is bang on it 👏👏
