Think her animation can be faster near finishing, other than that i think it looks cool

For me, the dash looks off. The lack of pizzazz makes the action prior to the slashes look awkward. Imo you're better off slicing the action into brief frames to show the motion while quickly transitioning to the attack to keep the momentum.

I agree making quick cuts will definitely help

The dive forward is too slow, instead the moment she kicks off, start the vfx in the location it will hit. Makes it seem extra powerful. Add ground marks, so where the hit box slices the ground, add a decal of damage on the floor. Random bump map decal should be fine

Maybe if the glass break effect become the whole screen breaking that will be so cool.

that is interesting, but I'm gonna ignore the VFX and focus on only the animation polish it and then go back to the effects
