Within the next hour, Afghan Taliban deployed quadcopters and brought in Humvees, opening fire on Pakistan's FC Ziarat Post in Kurram. Pakistani Security forces retaliated with heavy weapons, targeting Duran Camp, Duran OP, Porana Thana, and the newly established Afghan Ziarat post. As a result, Afghan Taliban completely abandoned their border posts, including Duran Camp, and retreated, leaving behind equipment and positions. The situation is now calm. (Video Representative)
