My good lady has been going to yoga classes for over 50 years. At no time ever at any class has yoga been presented as a religious exercise. It has always been presented as an exercise to improve physical wellbeing. On a physical level it works.

Heheheh! I remember 7 years ago I was slightly into Eastern religions practices. I tried doing yoga very attentively. I don't know what got into me but I got a dangerous fever immediately that made me sickish the whole week. It was the end of that stuff for me.
