A serial abuser was luring young girls into his home and beating them live on Instagram Live, was arrested by police in Tehran, Iran. His name is Navid Qaredaghi. The police raided his home, beat the shit out of him, and shot him in the hand and legs as punishment for luring women into his home and then beating them live on camera. Joan Beringer is raw, he’s toolsy, and he might just be the most intriguing defensive prospect in the 2025 NBA Draft class. At 7’0” in shoes with a stupid 7’4.5” wingspan, Beringer swallows up space like a vacuum—fluid, long, and annoying to deal with on the perimeter. The scheme versatility is the sell—he can play up in a hedge, switch, or play in a drop. He likes to force ball-handlers into tough spots, getting in their shirt and shading them to a side, and his lateral movement is shockingly smooth for a guy this size (though his feet can get a little happy at times). Has real recovery tools, even when a defender gets a step on him. The offense is a little more basic right now. He’s strictly a rim-runner, screen-setting lob target, and garbage man—don’t ask him to stretch the floor and expect some pretty silly turnovers. BUT—and this is a massive but—he’s only been playing basketball for three years. The fact that he’s already this impactful defensively while being this raw is pretty exciting. The upside is undeniable, and it’s hard for me seeing him escape the lotto on draft night.

Not only is this Montgomery’s first time playing in his home town of Cincinnati, but this is a much more meaningful game for him. Last year, his sister got in a serious car crash and is paralyzed from the neck down now. His entire family will be at the game and this will be her first time watching him play live since her injury. He is clearly emotional about this and for good reason. Cincinnati is an absolutely horrible team and Detroit should walk all over them. Dan Campbell is the definition of a players coach. I fully expect D Mo to get into the endzone AT LEAST once this week. Love the opportunity for him to get into multiple times in this smash matchup.

Hank the Tank has fully healed now. He’s is the friendliest and biggest goofball I’ve ever met. All the humans and especially the other dogs adore him. I need to find him a home as nobody deserves it more… ⚽️ His favorite things are running, playing and treats. ✈️ He’s too big to fly anywhere at 32kg and his height 🇹🇭 He is looking for a home in Thailand. I’d pay for his transport anywhere ✂️ Fully healthy and getting sterilized this week 📆 He’s about 5-6 years old 😢 When we fixed him and told his owners they said “keep him” I spend a lot of time with dogs. Hank is the one I’d pick if I had a choice. He’s so fun and also loving and gentle. He is the centre of everything that is going on. He’d love to be in a home and even though he is the biggest softie I know his big face will scare people off and protect you!! Any help finding Hank a home would be much appreciated. 🥰🙏
