Dems overplayed this. Now they have the congress and the senate thinking about cutting district courts. If they had not won by judge shopping these cases and stopping the entire agenda, this wouldn't be in the zeitgeist. Now it is. I hope they cut the district courts to the bone and let these judges go back to the lawfirm circuit.

Nothing will be done. It's just talk and letters. The uniparty is trying to run the clock out on Trump for the next 4 years. The Deep state has plenty of time.

This is exactly how the Constitution is supposed to work. If lawfare is the check on the presidency and Congress, the ability to shape the court however it wants is Congress’s check on the judiciary. Or impeachment. Appellate review is appropriate in legitimate legal disputes. But when you have 64 TROs from forum shopped district court judges in the first 2 months of a President’s term, that is not normal. If they slapped a TRO on EVERY presidential action, and forced the President to await appeal, random district court judges could NULLIFY AN ENTIRE PRESIDENCY. Clearly that’s not what the Framers intended and they gave us the constitutional tools to correct it.

About time we started punching back. If judges wanna play politics from the bench, then they should get their funding taken!
