I feel her. I went on a hike for the first time on a mountain and couldn’t breathe. And I started seeing colorful spots. I thought I was gonna die

I lived in Denver for 7 years. I developed acute bronchitis the first 3 months I was there. I’m talking about a smoker cough when I get sick now and I don’t nor never smoked a day in my life (cigarettes that is) I had to go to the ER because i coughed so hard I thought I fractured my rib. I had a muscle strain within my lower breast area, right along the middle/upper ribs. Had a XR and MR to confirm I had acute bronchitis. I was on bed rest for a few days to cover from the flu…it was definitely because of the weather and elevation, the air is so thin and especially in the winter. Also, if you smoke weed in Denver, you will get high much faster. Didn’t know that til it happened lol

It's crazy but Patti is a certified legend so she she gets a pass + the Colorado crowd should understand/know that everybody is not gonna adapt to that altitude like that.

Seeing him there and that oxygen mask (don’t play with it 😂) It gave her the strength to push through a bit more. She moved closer and closer towards him and it lol Werk, Patti 😜🙌🏾

@AllAboutJordan_ Phillip Bailey complained he grew up in Colorado and complained the altitude is a ‘bitch’ during a concert. I generally advise people to acclimate in the city before heading up to the mountains.

this is why the olympic training center is in colorado springs. athletes train there to get their lungs and bodies acclimated to deal with altitude & extreme conditions.

When I moved to Denver, I couldn't breathe. Had this annoying cough that produced no phlegm. One day I was on the 16th St. Trolley coughing. A passenger asked me if I had just moved there. I said yes. Said you'll be fine once it rains. He was right!
