PetSmart fucked over their creditors by exploiting a loophole in their credit agreement by trying to carve out Chewy from the deal. Bankers now look out for similar credit documentation weaknesses and fear the “Chewy phantom guarantee”..

I don't have a dog but I did purchase a dog shirt for my daughter's dog and it didn't fit so I called them & they said donate it to a shelter and we'll send you out the right size. Great customer service and I'm going to shop there when I get my next dog.

Chewy understands what nearly every other business on the planet has forgotten through greed. A good and solid business is built on its customers returning over and over. That should be the primary focus of every business, take care of that and the rest will take care of itself.
