I achieved great gains, but I will not further stress my health or negate my beautiful appearance by bulking which holds water and fat, totally distorting my attractiveness. I am keen to the notion that your appearance is marketable, and that my branding heavily centers upon my appearance. So, I plan to continue being a coach, as well as curate quality content. I look forward to this, because bodybuilding is extremely hard and repetitive. You do not need to be so intense that you measure every meal to ensure progress, if your goals are simple. I advance to the next chapter of my journey! Stay tuned.
