Y'all got me thinking...I wish I was a millionaire! What we need is Black funded owned & run community policing in our own communities with our own emergency lines. Well trained young Black men & woman who are trained to handle mental health situations. May sound crazy but to utilize some of these gang members would give these young men who are in gangs or considering joining an opportunity to see people that they looked up doing something positive will be a great deterrent because they know what to say to these kids...crime & gangs would decrease in a major way. Repeat offending would drop. We'd make our communities the Governments worst fear. Instead of prison, college!
