Walmart decided to close four stores in the Chicago area because the crime and shoplifting is way out of control. Instead of taking responsibility and taking steps to reduce the crime in their neighborhoods (and maybe NOT voting for the anti-cop, pro Defund the Police candidate), neighborhood leaders are mad at Walmart for packing it up. Yeah, it ain’t white supremacy holding Black folks back… that’s for sure.

According to a recent, unsealed federal lawsuit, Walmart used its status as best customer to influence Pepsi into surveilling and forcing Walmart competitors to RAISE their prices so that it was impossible for them to sell Pepsi for less than Walmart did. "It's hard to imagine that Pepsi is the only major supplier Walmart has this arrangement with." Is it legal? Not at all. But our government turned a blind eye to it.
