It looks awesome, but is it practical? In a high rise you can have the distance from elevator to doctor's office relatively short. Think of elderly people with leg pain who can't manage long walks. Trying to find where you need to go in a complex like this would be a real quest.

As a 51 year healthcare supply chain expert this looks like an absolute nightmare for medical supply restocking and distribution. I would like to see how that critical aspect is handled.

We are abolishing offices with the advent of remote work. Time to abolish hospitals, and restart house calls. And if houses are too far apart, reinstate the building of villages. It all needs redoing.

a "sterile high rise" makes sure that you stay sick for longer meaning your stay costs more and most people don't have to mental and spiritual ability to will their body to heal Are we still in 2022 wondering whether corporations only do things for profit? 🤔

Beautiful and optimal, but just too risky building it above ground. We need to build it in modern underground and underwater facilities as protection from the elements, nuclear war, and other existential threats. #ProjectContinuity

no building should be more than 3 stories tall, when we have 10 miles below our feet to build.

Never happen. Design looking for a purpose with no real operational thought.

The better thing to do is to find out why people get sick so frequently. How can we have good agriculture, healthy, natural and without toxic. What are the factors that give people anxiety, stress and depression. How can we aware people on how to eat and how to live healthy.

We all die sometime. Looking at plants seems a pleasant way to go. Elevators are not helpful in fires, so this helps with that issue.

It's not that different than overcrowded schools here that use trailers. They are "modular" too, & even have space between them for "nature".

Having more parks, green lands, people motivated to exercise and be happy and eat better is more ideal.

Its stuff like this that makes me smile as an architect, instead of chasing pure profit in design. Sometimes architects gets lost and forget we design and built for humans, not for profit and clout but for practical solutions that's easy on the eyes.

I was at UCLA hospital for about 4 days once and did have a room with a courtyard window. Definitely nice view. Of course, I did have a 14 ga urinary catheter rammed up my unit so that took a bit of wilderness experience out of it.

Very beautiful concept. By the time they get it built it may be 142F and you will need an A/C dome over the thing. First, you have to get the virtual slave labor from poor countries.

It means a vast area to build hospital so it means less beds. So no one will do this. Everyone pursues the money. #Mahsa_Amini #toomaj_salehi #NimaNouri #death_to_dictator
