Police said she was having a bad day, while under the influence. 🤔 I think she was having more than that.

What perplexes me is that people had to be told to get out of the way. Why would a person run out and get in front of a car that is being driven by a crazy person? After watching her almost hit one guy the woman just sat there in harms way.
