This is Sorghum and it's very nutrient dense, it doesn't look that great but it tastes great actually, in north Africa we eat it with honey and nuts etc The problem that gets lots of negative comments is how it's served here, normally it's put in a bowl with a spoon, but efficiency and low budget obliges them to serve it like that, what's important is that they get their food so they can study and grow up, better conditions will come God willing.
