In this clip he is near N Alvernon Way & different cross street. In another part of the video he's near Alvernon & Pima where 1 of the pedestrian vs. car accidents hpnd. If pedestrian had head injury, it could be mistaken for shooting, unfortunately.

Unfortunately I do not know, as I am not onscene!! BUT....I can tell you, people hit by cars, are usually NOT FOUND IN CARS, WITHout damage to the exterior of the car they are found inside of!!!

@MudderTina No one was found in a car. If that has actually happened it nothing is to be moved until the corner arrives and takes possession of the body.

@MudderTina You DO KNOW that the Coroner is just the person that DETERMINES HOW A PERSON DIED, and CANNOT tell the LAw Enforcement how and when they can or CANNOT take a body out of a car????? The LAW ENFORCEMENT Release the BODY from a Crime Scene......TO THE Medical Examiner!!!

Sorry buddy. I’ve only handled about 40 cases involving people that have expired under all kinds of circumstances. While it’s an active law-enforcement investigation movement of a body is prohibited by law as the medical examiner or coroner is the one who takes custody of the body. Everything in the possession of the deceased is under the control of the coroner.

@MudderTina I DO NOT DISAGREE With you here!!! But just because the Coroner or ME shows up, they can NOT take the body UNTIL the Police release the Body to the ME to be taken!!!!

We have to remember in the world of anybody can pick up a camera and go live and instantly become a "journalist" to make sure and take what they say w caution...

So did the guy shoot himself in the street or in the Land Rover because I keep hearing his body was in the backseat of the Land Rover they towed away and that he was driving the white van and then killed himself so im so confused.
