Yes it's inconvenient and annoying. But not ableist. It would be ableist if it was in a conversation with a person who needs tts. A dn is not that important A tweet may change, but it's not ableist. In that case writing is ableist for people not able to achieve alphabetization

never said it was ableist or anything i'm just explaining why ppl don't like fonts

it sucks so much that screen readers are like this, like it must be a pain in the ass having to already struggle to read but also have a software that is supposed to help you be as well prepared as me before a test

i totally agree that people should stop using fonts for that reason but someone should invent a toggle for screen readers to be able to actually read them just because dumbasses won’t stop using them for aesthetics

yeah i agree

Screen readers gonna come out with a patch for that cause ain’t no reason it gotta be doin all that

mathematical

im not entirely sure how screenreaders work, but wouldn't emoji cause the same problem, being unicode and all?

it's only really annoying if u overuse them in a tweet but otherwise they're fine

THEN HOW DO PEOPLE SEE 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂???
