A follower sent this in. This happened in Baltimore. A car full of Shaniquas almost ran into an Asian man and road raged out. They then followed him to his destination. They got out of their car and started chimping out. They tried to get physical, but realized something was wrong when the Asian man started laughing at them and was really calm given the situation (he was armed). They then started hurling racial slurs at him instead and backed off.

I mean, a criminal with a record dies during a by-the-book arrest, and it turns out it was from an overdose, not the cop. The whole world (or at least the dumbest part of it) kneels, puts on a global circus, and turns him into a martyr. But when they kill a white kid, a student with no record, in the middle of the street, the police pounce on the guy and let him bleed out. It doesn’t make the news or the front pages. If it weren’t for social media, it wouldn’t even exist. And there are still people who don’t see that this is total war? You don’t see it? Well, then we’re fucked.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent pulled a gun on an unarmed man, who was running AWAY from him… into an apartment complex… in Austin, Texas. This morning agents tried to stop two men, who then ran. In the video, an agent couldn’t catch one man, so he pulls his gun and points it at another unarmed man, while chasing him through a residential area. That is not normal. Pointing a firearm at someone is a use of force. And courts have been very clear… you don’t get to threaten lethal force just because someone ran from you. Running is not an imminent deadly threat. And this wasn’t an empty field. This was an apartment complex… where innocent people, including children, could have been in the line of fire because an agent decided to escalate a nonviolent situation. The agent then tells the man to get on the ground, which he does… and as the man is lying there unarmed, complying, the agent still has his gun pointed at him. Only after another agent says, “I got it, I got it,” does he finally holster his weapon. So, let’s be honest about what we’re watching… This is what poorly trained agents look like when they believe there are no consequences. This is what happens when escalation is normalized, and drawing a weapon becomes instinct instead of a last resort. An agent couldn’t catch someone… so he pulled a gun. A pattern we keep seeing. And every time it starts the same way, someone running away. Running away is not a capital offense. It does not justify threatening lethal force in a residential area, full of families. It does not justify pointing a firearm at an unarmed person, especially when on the ground. This young man is rightfully furious. He put an ad out to sell his vehicle. A group of three men showed up, one tries to distract him by asking about something in the rear of the vehicle, while that happens the other guy pours oil down the side of his motor then asks the seller why there is oil there. While he’s distracted again, another man pours oil into the tail pipe and lets it run out. They then complain to the seller that the car has a blown motor or serious motor issues but are willing to take it off their hands for a low price. It’s a scam, if you ever sell a car, watch out for groups of three. Shouldn’t he have just called the police at this point?

This man is convinced he’s at Walmart and not Costco. When you sign up for a membership at Costco, it clearly states in the agreement you signed off on that they are allowed to check your receipt. When this man was trying to leave Costco, he refused to show his receipt and as expected they wouldn’t let him leave. He then creates a scene and accuses them of accusing him of stealing and detaining him against his will. They push his cart inside the store and call for a manager. A man and his family go to a Morgan Wallen concert and some guy relieved himself on them😱 —Naturally he calls the police, but when they arrive they tell him they cannot arrest this man due to Maryland laws. —He says, “so a man can pull out his____urinate on me, my brother and my niece and there’s nothing you can do?” — instead of arresting the perpetrator, the police gave his info to the victim saying he could file a report later or press charges. Really, is this where we are at? Is there nothing these police officers could’ve done?

The homeowner comes out and tells them to leave, because they are on private property. The man they’re trying to detain is saying the same thing… you’re on private property… get out. Instead of backing off… an agent grabs him around the waist, trying to tackle the man. The man breaks free, crawling to the door, and goes inside the house. At that point, this should’ve been over. Because under the Constitution, entering a home without a warrant is one of the clearest lines law enforcement are not allowed to cross. But, they cross it anyway. One agent grabs his foot as he’s going in… and then both agents follow him inside the home, while the homeowner is actively telling them to get out. Over and over. This is exactly what the Supreme Court ruled against in Payton v. New York… law enforcement cannot enter a home to make an arrest without a warrant. And in Lange v. California… they made it clear you don’t get to chase someone into their home, for a non-serious offense, and call it “hot pursuit.” They were told to leave private property… and didn’t. They attempted a detention without respecting that boundary. And then forced their way into a home anyway. All without a warrant.
