Temporary Protected Status is supposed to be temporary. It’s not racist to expect the Haitians to return home unless they were able to acquire permanent residency or citizenship in 16 years. It’s certainly not up to the federal courts to decide if TPS should continue. Ending TPS for Syrians and Haitians is not racist.

I recently pointed out that the reason so many former Republicans turned MAGA(t) call Obama "divisive" is because they had to spend 8 years only mumbling the "n word" instead of saying it out loud.

Everything she says is true. I’m in the Dominican Republic. My country has to deal with a massive influx of Haitian immigrants, which means many of those deported from the United States will most likely try to cross illegally into Dominican territory. That still doesn’t stop me from applauding every single word she said. Haitians have shown no real interest in fixing their own country, nor in adopting the laws and customs of the countries they move to. In the end, they simply turn the areas where they settle into a smaller version of Haiti. They don’t seem interested in integrating. When they exhaust or undermine one place, they move somewhere else and repeat the same pattern. In short, the United States gains nothing by keeping them there. The U.S. should enforce its immigration laws. We’re trying to do the same. And now that the U.S. has cut USAID funding, fewer NGOs are protesting the weekly deportations of illegal immigrants that we carry out.
