My German Shepherd Gus has finally gotten used to hearing wolves howl in the living room. He was asleep and just raised his head briefly, grunted in solidarity and went back to sleep. 🐕

My #OTRB rescue pooch Amber did this once in her sleep, a prolonged howl, it literally went through me and the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. I wonder why? I love the Irish for wolf 'mac tíre' or 'son of the land.' 🐺
