Use pilebunker and chainsaw if you're struggling, my build components aren't available until 2 playthroughs in.

This boss fight becomes extremely easy if you use the "broken" wheelchair quad cannon build. It's weak to explosive weaponry and you are fast enough to strafe around it and avoid the lasers with the wheelchair legs.

That's how I first beat it but it's kinda boring build, too op.
