You are not the thoughts you think. You are the thoughts you believe. So don’t believe the lies in your head telling you that you aren’t enough, you should give up and your future is hopeless. Those thoughts aren’t coming from you and their goal is to make you feel weak, powerless and discouraged. Fear divides and negative thoughts weaken you. But the good news is that love unites and positive loving thoughts strengthen you. That’s why it’s so important to speak words of encouragement and love to yourself. When you tune into the higher positive frequency instead of the lower negative frequency you win the battle of your mind.

Have you noticed that overthinking is always associated with negative thoughts? We never say “I have too much gratitude, too much encouragement, too much hope.” It’s always on the negative side. Negative thoughts create clutter which leads to feeling disconnected, divided and anxious. The answer is to know these truths: 1. Love casts out fear. So focus on love and fear will dissipate. 2. My favorite advice is to talk to yourself instead of listen to yourself. Don’t listen to the negative thoughts telling you that you can’t accomplish your goal. Instead, tell yourself what to do, what you will accomplish and what you will become. Fuel your journey with positivity and watch your success unfold. 💪
