@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Would be highly unsurprised if this was part of your interview process

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts sheet music on a stand, piano guy locked in. someone prepped for this

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Oh man, y’all, we gotta sing something together. Been doing that about twice as long as I’ve been programming. 😀

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts !!!!

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts SydneyScouts running speakers at AIE is cute, but what's the actual talent density of @aidotengineer's engineers?

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts the person running speakers is quietly holding the whole conference together, love seeing them get the credit

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Did I miss karaoke ai AIEWF in the summer?? This is beautiful!!

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts talent density is a speakers list with better branding

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Talent density shows up as latency: when the person running speaker ops can also hold a stage, you cut 2-3 handoffs per event. Most conferences die on coordination overhead, not content quality. Small teams that wear three hats beat bigger orgs with ticket queues.

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Was there for this. Was stunned, amazed, and also terrified I’d be called up after her lol

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts okay this feels early but talent density could boost agent collaboration

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Speaker ops as a craft is underrated. Cities with people who can run rooms like that compound faster than cities with just more meetup slides.

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts these videos doesn't do them enough justice. this was next-level karaoke. i'm used to the version that has a little background singing, the scrolling words with highlighting. u know, like remedial karaoke. all they are looking at is basically notepad and raw music. pure talent.

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Sydney Scouts running speakers at AIE is the kind of talent-density flex that does not need a slide deck.

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Hiring top engineers to run community is the power move everyone underestimates. It turns a brand into a trust engine instantly.

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts what does running speakers at a conference this size actually involve in the week before? i feel like the talks that slip are the part attendees never see

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Talent density showing up as one person owning speakers end-to-end is underrated. Curious how you keep that density as AIE scales without turning every role into a committee.

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Wow, Sydney is such a great singer!!!

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts talent density includes speakers too lol

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Talent density shows up as operators who can run the boring half of a conference—speakers, ops, follow-through—not only demos. Scarce skill in AI events.

@aiDotEngineer @SydneyScouts Having speakers run their own stage is a clean talent density move. Does that change who applies, or mostly who shows up ready on the day?
