He’s correct. The biolabs (13?) were built close to the Russian border. They were listed on the US State department website until they were identified in the alt-media. Make no mistake. These labs were a direct provocation by the US (NATO) towards Russia. But why? IMO, this was another attempt to goad Russia into attacking Ukraine and ultimately trigger WWIII. The USA for decades said that bioweapons have no place in warfare and worked to eliminate them. The Obama administration built these labs in defiance of treaties and standing policy. These actions were War Crimes and in a just world the actors carrying out these orders would be prosecuted and hung for their crimes. Oh and BTW, we now have some of these labs here in the US. Chilling thought huh?
