This is vocal isolation. They stripped they music and background vocals and isolated their voices. This track pre-dates auto tune by over a decade. This is from a time when musicians were actually artists.

This is a disrespect to late and great Bonnie Tyler. I waited for the autotune to stop and hear the off tune voices, but it never happened. Their live voices were on tune perfectly.

Autotune is a form of digital pitch correction. There was no autotune used in the original recording. For this video, they isolated the vocals by removing all musical instruments. This was how it was performed during recording. The only effect used on their voices was reverb.
