Let me clarify that I was aware that this is not an Airbnb but the same situation applies bc Airbnb's are less protected than rentals. Watching this video made me stand harder on my decision to never book an Airbnb.

Also with rentals you have to look up the statutes in each state to find out what the laws are for video and audio recording. Here is an example of some of the statutes nut there are many more.

You can install cameras inside your property but only in the living room, kitchen and front door. There shouldn’t have been any cameras in bedroom or bathroom.
