This is very cool. I remember the first time someone asked me how to use a machine.. I felt so happy. That’s because many years ago I felt stupid going to the gym because I didn’t know how to use machines. Fast forward years later, I’m showing someone 💪🏾

She probably would’ve gotten help a lot faster if it wasn’t for so many guy being scared of being called creepers

Finished up on the treadmill and saw a guy doing deadlifts. Waited till he finished his set, said excuse me, and asked him how to use the deadlift jack. He said no problem, demonstrated how to use it and I thanked him. He smiled and said anytime.

I’m a 62 year old woman new to working out at a club. I’ve asked for help and I must say everyone has been kind and willing to help out. I’m even getting hello nods now! 😊
