I'm glad Parliament is finally calling out the Turkish government for its mistreatment of Somali students and its unchecked access to Somalia. I've said it before this isn’t a one-way or even two-way street. The relationship has been lopsided and exploitative. The NFD, the Northeastern Kenya, was part of #Somalia. If the word 'unity' means Somalis uniting, then they have to join all Somalis. Why? It makes an exception, a unity between Somalia and Somaliland. I think that's not right.
